to Begin The Conversation.

An advance directive makes sure your wishes are honored in the event that injury or serious illness makes it unable for you to communicate your healthcare wishes. Moreover, it can relieve loved ones of the burden of guessing what medical interventions you may want and not want, thereby relieving additional stress at an especially difficult time.

It’s easy to put a plan in place. Necessary documents for North and South Carolina have been provided below for you to download and complete.

Our free downloadable workbook provides tips to beginning the conversation about advanced healthcare wishes. Additionally, it lets you share important information your loved ones may find especially helpful.

It’s better to Begin the Conversation ten years too early than ten minutes too late!
